To lead with grace means to lead with gratitude and with courage. It means to lead with forgiveness and to lead in the service of others. It means to lead with authenticity and with a combination of confidence and humility.

Call For Presenters
Graceful leadership and why it’s necessary in these turbulent times
Now more than ever leaders are needed who can go beyond results and get to the heart of the matter. With increased demands, pressuring them to yield results, increased memberships, increased congregations, increased profits, increased performance, increased test scores, data, the list goes on, those being led are voting with their feet or lackluster performance as they feel that more and more demands are being placed on them
Goal setting meetings tend to look at the numbers often unknowingly ignoring the constituents. Planning and strategy meetings do not take into consideration the people behind the data, and often when life eventually happens, leadership and organizations become reactionary.
We realize that now more than ever before, there is a need for a type of leadership that is kinder, gentler, holistic and still able to focus on outcomes.
Attendees will have the opportunity to attend breakout sessions on a variety of topics related to Graceful Leadership. This is where you come in.
Conference Purpose and Goal
To bring together those who lead, or desire to lead in any of the following organizations:
Non-profit
Faith based
For-profit
Private or public sector
They will have opportunity to examine their leadership practice through the lens of grace, as they determine what it is? How is it executed? Why it is necessary? And what it looks like in practice.
At the end of the conference all participants will come away with a clearer understanding of how to embed grace within their leadership practices, and its’ necessity in these times.
