Dr. Carmen C. McPherson-Stanbury

The founder of Gye Name Educational Services, Dr. McPherson-Stanbury is an experienced inspirational educational leader, workshop developer, researcher, and presenter in the areas of Structural Inequities; Educator Efficacy; and Lessons in Leadership.

A woman of faith Dr. McPherson-Stanbury has taken her skill sets in the areas of learning and leadership, to design systems and structures that support and advance ministries and their teams. She is a contributing author in the Navigating Life Anthology Series ©2021, where she tells her story of how faith and courage allowed her to Navigate Leadership amidst stark opposition.

She has served in multiple volunteer roles at her local church in Bridgeport, CT. She is married to Michael, is mother to Omari and Juliana, and grandmother to Shiloh, Kaya, and Omni.
